Religious Life Discernment Retreat

picasso-pablo-dove-of-peaceEach year, Fr. Lou DelFra, CSC, and members of the ACE team host a retreat for ACE graduates who are considering the religious life. Whether in the heart of Montreal or the hills of Jerusalem, participants are invited to listen more closely for the call of God on their lives.

If you are an ACE graduate and are interested in learning more about the religious life, email Fr. Lou DelFra, CSC, at .

ACE Advocates Regional Retreats

Retreat in woodsACE Advocates seek to make God known, loved, and served through our work to sustain and strengthen Catholic schools.  Such work requires a reliance on the guidance of the Holy Spirit, our Advocate, and a commitment to growing as faith-filled disciples.

Each year, ACE Advocates Regions across the country offer regional retreats ranging from a half-day to a full weekend, on various spiritual topics that are relevant to our members.  Retreats are open to members of ACE Advocates Regions and to other friends of Catholic schools, including out-of-town visitors! Regions are free to plan their own, or use one of ACE Advocates' "retreat in a package," available here.

For more information about retreats being offered this year, contact your nearest regional chairperson or email .

Commencement Retreat

Commencement Retreat 2011Just after completing their final year in the ACE Teaching Fellows program, representatives from the graduating cohort plan and execute a three-day retreat for their classmates.

Over meals, games, and walks; through informative talks, group discussions, and prayer, the gathering gives ACErs one last chance to reminisce, celebrate, and prepare for the next step in the journey.

In addition, the Commencement Retreat builds a bridge between the ACE Teaching Fellows experience and ACErs ongoing advocacy on behalf of Catholic schools. The retreat is hosted by ACE Advocates.
