High School Summer School
High School Summer School is designed for rising 10th - 12th grade students seeking to earn credit* in core academic courses. The Summer School provides two semesters of learning. Each summer semester is three weeks long. Students have the option of attending either or both semesters to enhance their content skills.
The first semester of summer school is equivalent to the first semester of coursework, and the second semester of summer school is equivalent to the second semester of coursework.
*Students attending Saint Joseph High School or Marian High School need counselor approval. Please check with your counselor to see if you qualify.
*Students from other high schools are eligible for credit. Please check with your counselor to confirm credit eligibility.
High School Summer School will be held at Saint Joseph High School in South Bend and is open to any interested 10th – 12th graders. Students have the opportunity to register for one class per semester. The list of planned courses is:
