Purpose Statement:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a standards-based report card in communicating student proficiency levels in reading.
Research Questions:
- What are the perceptions of stakeholders on the implementation and effectiveness of a standards-based report card?
- Is there a relationship between a student’s summative score on a standards-based report card and her STAR Reading Level?
