Teacher Self-Efficacy/Attitude and the Early Stages of Hands-on, Inquiry-Based Elementary Science Curriculum Kit Implementation
Purpose Statement:
The purposes of this action research project were to examine the relationship between the implementation of hands-on, inquiry-based science kits and teacher self-efficacy/attitude as well as to analyze professional considerations during the early stages of curriculum implementation.
Research Questions:
- What is the effect of the implementation of hands-on, inquiry-based science kits on teacher self-efficacy/attitude in the area of science education?
-What are the primary considerations faculty have during the early stages of hands-on, inquiry-based science kit implementation?
