The Attraction of Charter Schools for Catholic Families in Phoenix
Purpose Statement:
The purpose of this action research project was to understand the reasons why many Catholic parents in the Phoenix metropolitan area enroll their children at Great Hearts Academies or at Tempe Preparatory Academy.
Research Questions:
What reasons do Catholic parents cite for choosing Great Hearts Academies or Tempe Preparatory Academy? If tuition were not an issue, would these parents still have chosen to enroll their children in charter schools?
