What do you hope to do/accomplish as an ACE Teacher?

I would like to positively impact the lives of numerous youth and also my fellow ACE teachers and mentors as we all embark on a journey together. Personally, I would like to become more complete and whole as a person, so that my gifts can be better shared with others.

What experiences at your undergraduate institution helped shape your decision to pursue teaching as a possible vocation?

Certainly seeing my past RAs and Hall Staff in action, and then becoming an RA myself has certainly proven to me what true community in the eyes of God looks like. I quickly learned from past ACE participants that ACE is not a graduate degree that limits one's post-education plans, but rather increases opportunity while also helping one discern their vocation.

How do you hope to grow in your experience as an ACE Ambassador/Intern?

I hope to fully implement the three pillars of ACE into all aspects of my life. This means gaining the knowledge and confidence to be an exceptional educator of future generations. It also includes finding my way deeper down my own spiritual path in a faithful and fulfilling way. Lastly, I would like to support those two pillars with the third pillar of my ACE community which I am excited to meet and grow with.
