ACE Teacher's All Saints Wax Museum Garners Attention from Local News
Students at Saint Joseph Catholic School in Edinburg, Texas, took time during All Saints’ Day to learn about their Catholic faith in a unique way. Led by Andrew Hamaty of ACE 22, students put on an All Saints’ Wax Museum and dressed up as everything from Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton to Saint Padre Pio. The fourth-graders researched their saints and gave short speeches in character. Andrew said that the goal was for students to learn about the saints in a living, breathing way by actually becoming the saint they researched—an attempt to not only better understand their research, but also to emulate the saint in their own life!
