Gayle Washburn

Gayle Washburn serves as Program Manager for the Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program. She is well known for her ability to help expand programs. While in California, she helped a physical therapist build his practice from three to over 100 patients. When she moved on to Chicago, she joined the Oracle Corporation as a regional administrative assistant and worked her way up to being a partner development manager. Upon leaving Oracle she was recruited to work for Selection Strategies, Inc. as the director of operations. Washburn moved into the Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program at its inception in 2002 and returned in 2016 after three years with Notre Dame's Play Like a Champion initiatives.
