Diane Maletta, Ph.D.
Faculty of Supervision and Instruction, ACE Teaching Fellows; Professional Standards Specialist, ACE
Dr. Diane Maletta is a faculty member of the ACE Teaching Fellows program. She supervises, guides, and provides professional support for ACE teachers throughout the United States, and teaches reading and assessment courses for the elementary level teachers in the ACE program.
She is a member and past President of the Indiana State Reading Association, and serves on the ISRA Legislative Committee and the International Reading Association's Advocacy Committee, where she chairs the Advocacy Award Subcommittee.
Maletta taught students at the elementary and middle school levels before earning her Ph.D in language education at Indiana University in 1996. She has served as a professor at Purdue University North Central, Indiana University Northwest and Valparaiso University.
